MEET THE TEAM
Jess Innes has over 15 years experience in the performing arts industry as a performer, instructor, choreographer and talent manager. This allows her to deeply understand the needs of both a casting director and the talent, resulting in thoughtful and successful connections.
Jess’s expansive list of movement and direction credits include on screen include TV work for NETFLIX “Motown Magic” executively produced by Smokey Robinson, Channel 7’s “The Morning Show”, Emmy Award winning ABC series “Hardball”, BUMP and Colin from Accounts. Commercials for KFC, The Australian Cricket Team, Love Island, KIIS FM, StarTracks Express as well as music videos for The Avalanches, Thunderfox, Olivia Foai and Gideon Benson.
Jess’s live entertainment achievements include opening for Iggy Azalea, Mardi Gras floats for Sydney Dance Company and the MEAA, NRL Bulldogs and Wests Tigers Cheerleaders and Runway shows for Sass and Bide. She has created large scale corporate entertainment for Facebook, Apple TV, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Janssen, DELL, BONDS, Under Armour, Lululemon, Crown Group and more.
Jess is incredibly passionate about guiding the talent of 100% Dance Talent Management to find their dream job just as she has found hers.
RAQUEL CANNON – TALENT REPRESENTATIVE
Raquel Cannon is a highly respected artist in her own right with years of experience in film, television and live entertainment.
Raquel holds an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts and has trained extensively at Sydney Acting Studio and The Actors Station.
Raquel’s credits include her role as an Actress, Dancer and Choreographer on the acclaimed feature film “Love you Like That”, A role in Shiseido’s makeup TVC, work as an extra on “The Invisible Man” and guest appearances on Channel 10’s “The Living Room”.
Through her experience, Raquel has developed a keen eye for talent and understands the nuances of working in the entertainment industry. She is looking forward to nurturing our unique and dedicated talent at 100% DANCE Talent Management.
